Juggling work life balance

What do i mean by that? Constantly everyday we are juggling be it in our work, relationship, friendship. Have you ever think about it that we are constantly juggling everyday to have a balance to our work, relationship and friendship.

Just today i was having a discussion with my friend when he was having a phone call with his wife chitchatting about the school and stuff as there are some decisions that need to make together.

This is no wonder that People working in Singapore (can really multi-task very well). We are like jugglers in this island. Constantly switching to work / relationship / friendship mode. Priorities in these 3 modes constantly change especially in this economic situation. So to my fellow friends, we got to strive for passive income. With constant passive income in place. Our priorities in 3 modes will change to 2 modes where we would have better juggling with only 50 / 50 .

stock seminar

Recently not long ago that was like just last week 15th May. I went to attend a stock investment seminar by the company of T3B system. I went there with an open mind and was also keen to explore ways to make my " Hard Earned $$ work harder " in these hard and uncertain times.

To share some information, their website is www.t3bsystem.com . The founder of the company is Keane Lee who has the sole proprietary T3B System that has help numerous people to earn some $$ in stock especially during recession times.

Some of the lessons in stock trading they shared in the seminar is really very true. Like not cutting your losses when the share price drop beyond the 7-8 % of the initial share price that you buy. Another tip that they share is on before any stock goes up or down, there would be a certain period of time (range from 3-15months) where the shares would be accumulated at a certain price range, if you are unlucky to buy the share price at that range, most probably your $$ would be stuck for that period of time without any gain. Another tip they share would be to look at trends whether the stock is on a accumulation graph, uptrend graph or downtrend graph, of course this looking at trends are their sole proprietary knowledge which you have to pay course fees to attend the course as well as a subscription fee for maintaining the technical portal that provide these information.

More information could be found at their website. For those people who are interested in stocks and shares. This could open up your perspective and who knows you might find some tips to fine tune your stock trading strategy.

Recently i just completed reading a book. The book title is Sleep & Get Rich! It features Top 10 Passive Income Earners that have their stories narrated inside and provide a insight to the aspiring normal Singaporeans like you and me. We normal Singaporeans too can make it.

One of the characteristic that is very similar in the 10 passive income earners are they are VERY VERY PASSIONATE. Yeah that's right. Passion and Fire in their souls that provide fuel and mental strength to them when things are not going smoothly.

Passion and Fire is one of key towards success.

Library (a place where alot of resources)

I just borrowed 4 books from National Library. In case that that anyone of you guys don't know where it is. National Library is located opposite Bugis Junction very near to the central of Singapore. It is a great place for de-stressed, relax with a favourite book and not to discount the fact that the couches are very comfortable.

If you want to study, it is a great place as you know that library is very quiet. (Though the library is a very 'HOT' place) A lot of people will go there especially during weekends to chill and relax. If you want to know whether your favourite book whether or not is avaliable, you can always check out the http://www.nlb.gov.sg/ (online resources for information).

They have information on the books status on all the public libraries in Singapore. I recommend going to library for everyone. You can read newspapers, magazines, books, not to mention those books that are so expensive in the market where you could recommend library to buy. This is a free and good deal to anyone living in Singapore.
